What we’re looking for:

We are looking for an experienced and creative UX/UI Designer & Developer to join our team!

As a UX/UI engineer for Ezist, you will work to build exceptional user experiences for our different Service Providers. You’ll work closely with the Product Manager, Developers, and other Stakeholders to ensure Ezist delivers on our promise of creating an exceptional new Online solution. The ideal candidate will understand the key differences between UI and UX design, have a creative yet organized approach to tackling problems/creating solutions, and possess strong experience translating business objectives and requirements into elegant solutions. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential. We are looking for a person that has seen a product cycle several times and understands the different roles involved in building an exceptional product.

What you’ll do:

• Create detailed UI designs and related design assets. This includes low to high fidelity visual design mockups, sketches, prototypes, and supporting design specifications and documentation
• Further develop and contribute to existing designs and interactive prototypes
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product management in an Agile and iterative fashion to ensure your proposed designs meet user needs and are feasible to implement
• Suggest ways to validate product ideas and concepts during discovery to verify tangible assumptions and hypotheses
• Act as a champion for good user experience, sharing best practices and demonstrating curiosity about customer needs and behaviors
• Tell the story of the customer/user, their jobs-to-be-done and create internal consensus around user outcomes
• Supports and participates in user testing, including undertake user research and testing with our customers/users and respond to their feedback through design iterations

What we’d like to see:

• 9 or more years of experience designing delightful user experiences for a range of responsive web and native mobile apps and a portfolio showing your processes and deliverables.
• Demonstrated experience designing for user interfaces and workflows and in developing responsive design patterns and design systems that employ best practice UX and design for Web and Mobile applications.
• Possesses strong presentation skills and excels at communicating design concepts to non-design stakeholders
• An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating your process for creating great user-centered design solutions. We want to see your talented work!

What we’d love to see:

• Practical experience prototyping in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and figma. Bonus points for Angular hands-on experience.
• Experience developing, contributing to, and consuming component-based design systems. Bonus points if you’ve developed & implemented from scratch.
• SaaS App development experience at a start-up or digital product company
